Every 4 to 6 weeks, we launch a new experience in United’s Penn Station space with the goal of highlighting various events, like new destinations or partnerships.
Why would I tell you about the video content, games, or AR experiences when I could talk about the sheep stress balls for Ireland.
THEY were worried they would be poorly received.
A year later, the Penn Station visitors still ask when the sheep are coming back.
